CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO)- The Westlake woman convicted of driving drunk and causing a deadly crash on I-90 was sentenced to prison Tuesday.
Jennifer Kearney, 29, of Westlake, was sentenced to three years in prison and a $1000 fine.
On July 1, 2011, Kearney was drunk, drove her vehicle westbound in the eastbound lanes on Interstate 90 near West 98th Street.
Kearney then struck a motorcycle driven by 54-year-old Kenneth Stith, who was pronounced dead on scene.
Cleveland Police arrested Kearney at the hospital after she was treated for soft tissue injuries and acute alcohol intoxication.
On October 17, 2012, Kearney plead guilty to one count of Aggravated Vehicular Homicide and one count of Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs.
